Why is my transaction history showing a $3 charge that I didn’t make?

Anytime money is deposited on your card you will see two transactions that cancel each other out. This is because there is a fee associated with adding money on your card. Electus pays this fee; you do not. So, you will see $3 credit from your account, but then another $3 deposit to your account.
