How can I check my available balance

You can check the balance of money on your card by logging into your account online or calling customer support. You will be asked the 16-digit number on the front of the card and the 3-digit security code (CVV) found on the back of the card.

● Check balance online: Visit Award Card Access (https://www.awardcardaccess.com/#/) and login to obtain the balance of your Reward Card.

● Check balance by phone: Call Prepaid-USA Customer Service at (833) 882-0224 Representative are available Monday- Friday from 7am-3pm.
